Counter List

This section contains the detailed explanation of the default PVRTune counters as well as information on how to interpret counter data and values.

Note

There is no single “GPU utilisation” counter; the various cores in the HW are independent enough that a single value would have little meaning. In a typical 3D application we would consider the two counters “Tiler active” and “Renderer active” to give the utilisation of the two major GPU parts - some applications might also have significant “2D active” or “Compute active” percentages.
